What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message, together with the date of submission. Nothing else is collected, and the site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why it is collected
To read your inquiry and reply to it. The legal basis under the GDPR is legitimate interest in responding to a message you chose to send (Article 6(1)(f)), or the steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Who it is shared with
The message is delivered by email through Resend and stored in a private database hosted on Supabase infrastructure; the site itself is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the data on instruction only. It is never sold, rented or used for marketing.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are retained for 24 months from the date they are received, then deleted. Correspondence that becomes part of a project record is kept for as long as the project documentation requires.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased at any time. Email mail@zaidbeg.com and the request will be actioned within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Traffic is served over HTTPS only. Credentials used to send and store inquiries live in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. Security issues can be reported as described in the security.txt file.
